We will certainly need your new mailing address when we start to ship. We've created an easy way for you to update your information.

Before we send out your package, we'll be sending you a Final Checkout Email, which will allow you to verify your order. From here, you'll be directed to a landing page where you will provide your current mailing address.

It's both easy and convenient!

By waiting to collect your mailing address at the time of shipping, we can make sure that we send your product to the right place and also calculate the exact cost of shipping.

Many places require us to charge taxes at the time of shipping and in order to get it right, we'll need to calculate that right before we ship.


An Important Tip

Many email services, such as Yahoo and Hotmail, utilize powerful spam filters. A number of our supporters have reported not receiving our emails because of this feature. 

To be sure our emails get delivered to your inbox rather than your SPAM folder, we recommend setting your email preferences to receive that very important email.

The larger email services allow you to do this in similar ways. We will include instructions for a few of the larger ones below.
 

GMAIL

Go to your spam folder, and search on the term 'MAGFAST'. Then, click to open the emails that come up in the search results.


Once opened, you'll see a bar across the top of your email that contains a button called, "Report not spam". Simply click on this button to move MAGFAST emails to your inbox.


*Since our updates and customer service emails are sent from different email addresses, we recommend that you use this method to receive BOTH types of emails in the future.


HOTMAIL

Go to your spam folder, and search on the term 'MAGFAST'. Then, click to open the emails that come up in the search results.


You will see the menu above the opened email will have an item called "Not junk". Pull down this menu and select "Not junk". This should prevent any future MAGFAST emails from being caught by your spam filter.
